My criticism:
I FAIL at Lady Bat's expression and legs. ._.
And I FAIL at his face shape, the proportions are so off. xP
...Actually, other than that... I like it.
And I avoided drawing the hands. XD
What I like:
The hair... shiiiiiiiiiny...
I like my expression. XD
I actually managed to get a pose right!
The anatomy, other than the legs, is pretty good to me.
The background... it was just yellow, but I used GIMP to make it sparly. ;D
(BTW, the thing in my mouth is a heart)
Also, I fail at the way of drawing blushing cheeks that most shoujo artists use, so I just made up my own~
I forgot to draw the wings when I sketched it, and it was too late when I realised that. D: Oh well...
Anyway (just to clarify things):
Person on the left = Lady Bat (Guy)
Person on the right = ME (Girl; or at least I hope so. XDDD)
Done with pencil and paper (sketch), a scanner, Paint.NET (lineart), MS Paint (colouring), and GIMP (background).

EDIT: Oh, and I thought I'd add: Well, I don't actually think that he'd react that way if a random girl glomped him (since he's such a flirt and all...), but my friend convinced me to give him an irritated expression. xD
